Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning emerging innovations with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions (quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, climate modeling systems)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio, evaluating ROI for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with academic institutions to shape next-gen tech curricula
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks (UN SDGs, IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and stakeholder ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (Nature, IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
