- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate planning
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts affecting future adoption landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation pipeline success and ROI of future-tech investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-facing tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience building and managing high-performing innovation teams and labs
