Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI/quantum/sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with 20+ engineers and designers
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder pitches
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts
- Build strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and DARPA affiliates
- Present quarterly tech disruption briefings to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and circular tech
- Exceptional data storytelling with Tableau/Power BI proficiency
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in Nature/IEEE journals
