Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and talent development
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE preferred)
