Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to maintain technological leadership
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure buy-in for large-scale initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing future-tech roadmaps and executing transformational projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy) a plus
