As a key member of our Advanced Research Division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive technologies, assess market viability, and develop actionable implementation plans. You'll directly influence our product development pipeline while fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, etc.) for adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting for tech adoption
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology innovation impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior technologists in future-tech methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Active membership in IEEE or ACM with published research in tech futurism
