- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neurointerfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure cross-departmental buy-in
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Anticipate geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management within tech/consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills and experience presenting to C-suite boards
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management preferred
