Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 consulting experience
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent publications)
- Proven track record in quantum computing implementation
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/ML systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on technology convergence
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
