Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation mindset across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology areas (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic innovation certification
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing organizational change
