Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage an external network of tech innovators and academic partners
- Drive R&D investments in high-impact future technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
