- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Establish governance protocols for ethical tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget and cross-functional R&D initiatives
- Develop patent strategies and IP protection for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional)
