Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmap with 18-month strategic vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and C-suite stakeholders
- Present technology forecasts to executive board with actionable implementation plans
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in sustainability and human augmentation
- Mentor junior strategists through our proprietary 'Futurecasting' methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neurotech, climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
