Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Design governance frameworks for AI systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and governmental bodies
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing hardware manufacturers
- Author thought leadership publications on tech ethics and singularity preparedness
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 100 companies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on quantum algorithms or AI alignment
- Deep expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and post-quantum cryptography
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
