Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology adoption strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions
- Conduct market research on disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and acquire promising startups
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee technology ethics and sustainability compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record implementing emerging tech in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovation projects
