Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting futuristic solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Drive cultural transformation to embrace experimentation and calculated risk
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ years roadmap impact
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends beyond current industry standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investors
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or technology forecasting preferred
