- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focused on quantum, AI, and bio-convergence
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in agile prototyping and rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized systems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
