Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives
- Develop compelling business cases for futuristic technology adoption
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external partners
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive culture of innovation through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation
- Experience with agile and lean innovation methodologies
- Strong analytical and scenario planning capabilities
