Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Create frameworks for ethical technology implementation and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into business strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Track record of leading successful technology transformation projects
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
