Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent impact
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act and US quantum policy frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance or ability to obtain (for DoD projects)
