Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for ROI analysis on tech investments
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management
