Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for innovation initiatives
