- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) and assess their commercial viability by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and partner with R&D teams to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovation projects
- Monitor global tech developments and competitor strategies to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions, startups, and technology partners
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and track progress toward 2026 technology goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
