Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead research on frontier technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging innovations into commercial roadmaps
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs and mentor technical talent
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Drive competitive analysis and patent strategy for next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
