- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee patent development and IP protection for novel technologies
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or similar
- Experience securing government innovation grants ($1M+)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
