As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and develop actionable frameworks that position InnovateX at the vanguard of technological evolution. You'll influence product development, guide R&D investments, and represent our vision at industry forums.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy by analyzing emerging trends, patent landscapes, and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact innovation opportunities
- Develop go-to-market frameworks for breakthrough technologies with <3-year commercialization paths
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, academic institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs for innovation portfolio success (ROI, time-to-market, adoption rates)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or venture capital with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains with published thought leadership
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and competitive intelligence tools
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or managing innovation budgets >$10M
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
