Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for breakthrough innovations
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
