Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Champion innovation across R&D, product, and engineering teams through agile methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to identify white-space opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
