- Present strategic recommendations to board and investors
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Build and lead a high-performance innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling disruptive innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- PhD or equivalent in relevant STEM field preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, Foresight Practitioner)
