- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Present disruptive technology frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development in machine ethics and autonomous systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI governance and quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI, quantum, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech products
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and AI neural networks
- Experience with international tech policy and ethical AI governance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
