- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technology shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two future-critical areas: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, Tableau) and scenario modeling
- Experience presenting to executive audiences with compelling data visualizations
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner Program) preferred
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
