Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR integration) to develop strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business objectives for 2026 initiatives
- Develop patent-worthy innovation frameworks and technology adoption models
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record translating emerging technologies into scalable business models
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of implemented tech strategy initiatives with measurable impact
