Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess market viability
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory trends affecting emerging tech adoption
- Manage annual innovation budget and ROI tracking for technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology decisions
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, papers, or keynotes)
