Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and biotechnology deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for R&D
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from World Future Society)
