- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Drive a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and next-gen infrastructure
- Strong financial acumen for ROI analysis and R&D budget optimization
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO School)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across diverse markets
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
