Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or patents
