Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI, and blockchain integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design scalable architectures for next-gen IoT and metaverse platforms
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify strategic acquisition targets
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Foresight Institute)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
- Strong network with global tech innovation hubs
