- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Define ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biometric technologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and prototype development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong background in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing principles
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
