- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to market-ready deployment
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for technological uncertainties
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
