- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across R&D, operations, and customer experience
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting our industry
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
