- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future workforce automation trends
- Manage strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and other future-tech institutions
- Design predictive analytics models for tech disruption forecasting
- Present findings at global innovation summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in our 'Tomorrow Leaders' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Published author on technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (neurotech, biocomputing, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation teams across 5+ countries
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
