Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess market viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product development and operational frameworks
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Build and manage an ecosystem of tech startups, research institutions, and industry partners
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven models
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption and implementation best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience building strategic partnerships with tech ecosystems and research institutions
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
