- Develop ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment in enterprise environments
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget through compelling ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year vision cycles
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
