Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging domains including generative AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into commercial offerings
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption metrics across global operations
- Present strategic briefings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
