Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype quantum-resistant security solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through competitive landscape analysis
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focused on 2026+ technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products from concept to market
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Web3, AR/VR ecosystems, and sustainable tech practices
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
