- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present technology forecasts and implementation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and mentor a specialized innovation lab focused on 2026-capable systems
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting future ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping methodologies
