- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging theoretical research and market-ready applications
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biometric integration systems
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation models
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing at least 3 disruptive innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or generative AI architecture
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TF-Cert) or equivalent futurism methodology
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technical specialists
