Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026 market potential (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future technologies into existing products
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for emerging tech
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management preferred
