- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech incubators
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports) positioning Innovatech as an industry authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and business cases
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight preferred
