As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll analyze emerging tech trends, assess market readiness, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on disruptive innovations. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape evaluations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business required
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation preferred
