Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen tech into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology forecasts and adoption frameworks to C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech players
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy
